The mind dyed in the color of meditative realization ascertains all appearances as divine. The ultimate truth of appearances is emptiness. The relative truth of appearances is their innate purity. The unity of emptiness and lucent clarity, Buddha Nature, is the womb space of all appearing, and appearances never stray from that. Just as they are, appearances inhere in and of and as the divinity of Buddha Nature, just as dream appearances never stray from the mind of the dreamer.
Appearances are, in and of themselves, as they are—not in essence, not at some future time—the expressiveness of primordial purity and divine spontaneity. To live this knowing is the heart blood of wisdom’s unimpeded translucence. - t.k., recent conversations
