teachings of a modern spiritual adept

Bite size teachings across 30 years.

For 30 years t.k. has offered radical spiritual teachings on the divine nature of non-dual contemplation and realization. Enlightened mind here and now, born from this culture, addressing the issues of this time and place t.k. offers transmission through countless forms - words being one of them. Here are some short pieces from his teachings over the last 30 years.

Finding the presence of awareness in experience, this is a immature notion, fine in the beginning but one must outgrow this. Experience is inside of awareness, not awareness inside of experience. There is not a little bit of God in each person but all things are within God. Happiness is not found in experience but experience can be found within true happiness. - t.k.

Mind's functioning (with all its linguistic patterning) arises from a vast dimensionless abode (with no 'one' abiding and no 'where' to abide). The path is what allows mind's functioning (misconstrued as a 'self') to reintegrate with its deep of no-thingness, its fluidity of unborn bliss and its display of frolic. All together this forms 'the divine'. - t.k.

“The hypothesis of generative grammar is that language is a structure of the human mind.” When mind goes where no mind goes then sntax is unmade, stretched, like taffy spiraling out into brillaince. Its letterly shapes σύν τάξις unlearned, each morpheme becoming a droplet of sunlight’s unmeaning meaning-fullness. - t.k.

Yes - meaning undresses itself revealing its long lanky beauty ... its curve from hip and belly down thigh and calf. Being unmakes the bed of propositions, conceptions and lays across the unmaking like sunlight on water. Unmaking making unm...aking patterning un-patterning realms, beings, language, art, trees, grass, water, clematis vines. .................................and .... .Yes - though 'appears' falls short ... at this point language itself is stretched into impossibility ... like sugar stretched out until it becomes Splenda. What is one to say when the verb 'to be' no longer applies? 'Appears', 'present', 'is' .... all not quite right. 'Absent', 'is not' .... nope. Both? No. Neither? No. and still .... active as a communicative thrust ... presencing while remaining nothing. Known in meta-linguistic, meta-conceptual, gnosis - its trajectory of presencing is ceaselessly manifesting dynamic no-thingness......... and what is left to say but "Goodnight my friend."
