realization is unchanging
That goal of wisdom, which liberates from all suffering and is a stainless bliss without the seeds of falling back, is not an experience of any sort at all. It is the ending of experience and of experiencer. - dead stop, totally, irrevocably. Once fruit has fallen it does not return to the tree. Once the fullness of realization has dawned there is not the slightest change in it - ever. Ever.
Waking, deep sleep, death , pleasures and pains have no impact on it and leave no mark. There are many subtle states of consciousness beings confuse as spiritual realization but they are in fact, at best, rest stops along the way. At worst they are a dead end cul-de. The sufi sage Rumi once said “I am the salve of those who do not mistake every rest stop as an end.” - t.k.,
